Please check your product details and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Product Claim Policy

(For defective or incorrect items sent by VURV.BKK only)

  • Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order (based on the courier’s tracking information).

  • Please provide photos or videos taken before and during the unboxing process and send them via “vurvbkk@gmail.com

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Claims that do not meet the conditions above may not be eligible for review.
